We didn t have one of these skerton grinders so my experience with the skerton wasn t just limited it was non existent. The hario skerton ceramic coffee mill provides most of the benefits of a manual grinder. The features of the hario skerton pro are either straight from the original or updated to be even better than before. However it falls a bit short in the portability category.

The other is a copy. I bought the hario skerton plus with high expectations hoping that after two broken cheap ceramic burr grinders i will finally put my hands on a good one.
